Mindful Motion for Older Adults

Come to the library on May 29 for Mindful Motion at 10:30 a.m.! Led by instructors from the YMCA, this gentle wellness class for older adults combines stretches with simple breathing and meditation techniques to help improve flexibility, reduce stress, and promote overall well-being. No registration is required! Just wear comfy clothes and come as you are! No experience necessary!
