Come to the library’s FREE Chair Yoga class on October 26 at 10:30 a.m. and enjoy all the benefits of mat-based yoga while using a chair for stability and balance! This class is perfect for ages 12 and up. If you’d like to make a donation to show your appreciation for the class, all proceeds will support library programming.
