Chair Yoga

Maybe you’ve always wanted to give yoga a try, but you’re concerned about being able to do it safely! Why not start with our FREE Chair Yoga class on December 28 at 10:30 a.m.? You’ll get all the benefits of yoga (reduced stress, improved strength and flexibility) while using a chair for balance and stability! This class is perfect for ages 12 and up. Please wear comfy clothes. If you’d like to make a monetary donation to show your appreciation for the class, a donation jar will be available with all proceeds supporting future library programs.
