Chair Yoga

The library’s next Chair Yoga class will be held Tuesday, May 6 at 10:30 a.m. Yoga instructor Jen Rosnau will lead the class through a series of poses designed to improve your strength, promote relaxation, and build flexibility while using a chair for stability and balance. This class is perfect for ages 12 and up. No registration is required!
