Chair Yoga

Come to the library’s free Chair Yoga class on Tuesday, June 2 at 10:30 a.m. and instructor Jen Rosnau will lead you through a series of poses that will improve your health and wellness while accommodating your body’s unique needs. This class is appropriate for ages 12 and up and no registration is required. A donation jar will be available if you’d like to show your appreciation for the class. All proceeds support programming at the library.
