Chair Yoga

Join us for a free Chair Yoga class at the library on Saturday, March 23 at 10:30 a.m. This class provides all of the benefits of mat-based yoga with a chair adding extra stability and balance. Perfect for ages 12 and up, all poses can be modified for all bodies and abilities. There is no charge for this class, but if you’d like to make a monetary donation, all proceeds will support future library programs.
