Bring your favorite stuffed animal — or one that’s been well-loved and needs a little TLC — to our Stuffed Animal Vet Clinic on July 25 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. The Douglas County Humane Society will give kids a fun, kid-friendly introduction to basic animal care and what it means to help animals feel better. Then, they’ll step into the role of “vet” and help repair their stuffed friends with simple sewing, patching, and stuffing fixes. It’s a hands-on, educational, and heartwarming experience that shows compassion in action—no appointment needed for your stuffie patients!
