Superior Public Library loves local authors! Mark your calendars now and plan to join us Monday, October 23 at 6 p.m. for a celebration of Superior author Jeff Esterholm’s new collection of short crime stories, The Effects of Urban Renewal on Mid-Century America and Other Crime Stories. Set in the fictional town of Port Nicollet (which bears a close resemblance to Superior), this collection features characters who burrow under your skin and explores what happens when people slip their moorings and are set adrift. Come and enjoy a reading and Q & A, plus refreshments provided by the Friends of the Library. Copies of the book will be available for purchase. This event is open to all.
