
Mindful Motion for Older Adults

The library will host a FREE Mindful Motion class for older adults on July 18 from 10:30 – 11:15 a.m. This calming class is led by instructors from the YMCA and combines gentle stretches with simple breathing and meditation techniques to help improve flexibility, reduce stress, and promote overall well-being.
Move at your own pace. No experience necessary! Most stretches can be done while seated or standing with the support of a chair. Wear comfortable clothes and come as you are to relax, restore, and connect!
