The Douglas County Caregiver Coalition will host a FREE Power of Attorney (POA) Party on Wednesday, October 22 from 3-7 p.m. at Superior Public Library. Open to Wisconsin and Minnesota residents, this free event is the perfect opportunity for you to learn more about designating a Power of Attorney for healthcare and finances, declaration to physicians/living wills, and authorization for final disposition. If you’re ready to make your designations, you can find the forms you need and get support filling them out. Notary and witness services will also be available. Enjoy hourly education and light refreshments while meeting with representatives from local agencies and learning more about community resources. No registration is required!
