Back by popular demand — and just in time for Halloween — Duluth Paranormal Society returns to Superior Public Library on October 28 at 6 p.m. for a FREE program all about ghost hunting! Learn about the techniques and technology they use to investigate suspected paranormal happenings and learn about some local haunted spots! All are welcome to attend! Refreshments will be provided.
