Ongoing Winter Reading Program
Pick up a reading log in the Children's Room and start reading! Color a mitten for every ten minutes that you read! When you have colored in all your mittens, bring your coloring sheet back to the Superior Public Library’s Children’s Room desk to get your sheet stamped by a children’s librarian. Once it's been stamped, bring it to Big Apple Bagels in Superior and get a FREE 12 oz. cup of hot cocoa!
Through February 29
Blind Date with a Book
Let Superior Public Library play matchmaker during the month of February and go on a blind date . . . with a book! Take a look at the mystery books at our Blind Date with a Book display. We have selected a variety of potential “mates” from different genres and authors, old and new, fiction and non-fiction. You can pick a book based on the short clue on the outside of the wrapped book, or you can take a chance and just select one at random—it’s your choice! You won’t know the identity of your mystery date until you get home. Who knows? You may hit it off! Blind Date with a Book will continue throughout the month of February, so there’s plenty of time to meet your match.
