Yoga for Bookworms | October 7
Join us October 7 at 6 p.m. for a FREE restorative Yin Yoga for Bookworms class and learn a variety of poses that can be done while holding a book or e-reader!
Yin Yoga is a style of yoga where poses are held anywhere from 3 to 5 minutes, deepening the stretch while improving your circulation and flexibility.
This unique class is taught by Emily Barsness, a certified yoga instructor with special training in Yin Yoga. This class is open to ages 12 and up. Registration is required and space is limited! Please email mehlel@superiorlibrary.org or call 715-394-8871 to reserve your spot! Please bring a yoga mat and either a bolster or pillow to the class, and make sure to bring a book to read — or arrive early and check one out from the library!
