Page Turners Book Club | February 5 & 26

Our February Page Turners Book Club selection is  The Serviceberry: Abundance and Reciprocity in the Natural World by Robin Wall Kimmerer, an Indigenous scientist and author whose book explores the serviceberry’s reciprocal relationship with the natural world. As she harvests serviceberries alongside the birds, she considers the ethic of reciprocity that lies at the heart of the gift economy. How, she asks, can we learn from the Indigenous wisdom and the plant world to reimagine what we value most? Join us Thursday, February 5 at 10:30 a.m. or Thursday, February 26 at 6 p.m. (you pick the time that works best for your schedule!) for a lively discussion with other eager readers.
