With inspirational stories\, relatable lessons\, and humor\, these heart-warming stories cultivate overall wellness and guide readers to rediscover their connection to the natural world. Copies of the book will be available for purchase with 100% of the author’s royalties being donated to the student Nutrition Assistance Program through the Northwood Technical College Foundation.
