Remember zines? They’re making a comeback! Unleash your creativity and embrace DIY culture by making your own zine! The library will hold a series of free workshops for people aged 13+ this summer, kicking off June 26 at 6 p.m. Learn what zines are and take a look at some examples while brainstorming ideas for your own zine! On July 24 at 6 p.m. we’ll learn how to make the pages of our zines POP! And on August 28 at 6 p.m., learn about different designs and techniques for zines and beyond! You’ll be able to learn from local zine experts as well as have the chance to work on your own zines with materials provided by the library, but feel free to bring other materials to include! No registration is required!
