Yoga is a GREAT way to relieve stress while improving strength and flexibility! Join us for our free yoga class on Saturday, March 22 from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. This is a mat-based class, so please bring a mat if you have one. This class is intended for ages 12 and up. If you’d like to make a monetary donation to show your appreciation, a donation jar will be available.
