Morning Yoga

Join us for Morning Yoga at the library on October 19 at 10:30 a.m.! Instructor Jen Rosnau will lead this FREE class that will help improve your strength and flexibility while also promoting relaxation and relieving stress! This class is perfect for ages 12 and up. Please bring a mat if you have one. No registration is required. There is no charge for the class, but a donation jar will be available if you’d like to show your appreciation by making a donation to our Programming Fund.
