January is Human Trafficking Awareness Month. Superior Public Library will host a FREE presentation about human trafficking on January 21 at 5 p.m. Samantha Rawn, Anti-Human Trafficking Coordinator with Project Reach Out and the Human Development Center, will help you learn more about the realities of human trafficking in Superior and the Twin Ports. You’ll learn about definitions and demographics while discussing internet safety, community response, and the local resources available for survivors. Learn how you can help recognize and prevent human trafficking in your community.
