Evening Yoga

Let the library support your pursuit of improved health and well-being by joining us for a FREE yoga class! Instructor Jen Rosnau will lead you through a series of poses that will help you build strength and flexibility while reducing stress! Join us Tuesday, April 1 at 6:15 p.m. for our Evening Yoga class. It’s perfect for ages 12 and up. Please bring a mat if you have one.
If you’d like to make a monetary donation to show your appreciation for the class, all proceeds will support future programming at the library.
