Chair Yoga at the Library

Join us January 27 for Chair Yoga, an all-levels yoga class with all of the benefits of mat-based yoga, except we’ll use a chair for extra balance and stability! Class begins at 10:30 a.m. and is appropriate for ages 12 and up. This class is free of charge, but if you’d like to show your appreciation by making a donation, all proceeds will support adult programs at the library.
