Chair Yoga

The library’s Chair Yoga class is a great way to build strength, reduce stress, and improve your flexibility and balance while using a chair for support! Join us July 1 at 10:30 a.m. for our next Chair Yoga class. Led by instructor Jen Rosnau, this class is perfect for ages 12 and up and is ideal for all bodies and abilities. No registration is required.
