Chair Yoga

You don’t have to be a human pretzel to do yoga! Join us September 2 at 10:30 a.m. for a Chair Yoga class led by instructor Jen Rosnau that will let you experience all the benefits of mat-based yoga (improved strength, better flexibility, and reduced stress) while using a chair for stability and balance. This class is perfect for ages 12+ and no registration is required.
