The ADRC of Douglas County will host a free Boost Your Brain and Memory workshop at the library on Tuesdays from January 28 through March 18 from 10:00 – 11:30 a.m. This workshop takes a holistic approach to improving brain health in older adults. Learn new habits to maintain cognitive performance while practicing new skills for better memory! RSVPs are appreciated but not required.
