Chair Yoga | February 28

Looking for a way to improve your mental and physical health? Come to Chair Yoga at the library on February 28 at 10:30 a.m. This class is led by instructor Jen Rosnau and is intended for ages 12 and up. All levels welcome. Chair yoga provides all the benefits of mat-based yoga (improved strength, flexibility, and mood) while using a chair for balance and stability. There is no charge for the class, but if you’d like to make a monetary donation to show your appreciation for the class, a donation jar will be available. All proceeds will support library programs.
