Safety Awareness for Our Kids

2:00 to 4:00 p.m. | Library Meeting Room
 
~Kids ages 3 to 11 will learn valuable lessons on how to stay safe and feel empowered.  Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and registration is required by calling the library at 715-394-8866.  This program is supported by the Superior Police Dept., Douglas County Human Services, Superior Public Library, CASDA, National Bank of Commerce, and Mike Almond.
 
By attending the safety event you will be given a pass that will get you into the free roller skating party, which will be held immediately after the safety event. Food will be provided, and there is a $1 charge for skate rental.

This year's sale will be better than ever! The Library is still accepting donations of gently used books and audiovisual items.  You may drop them off at  the main service desk when the library is open.

Love Your Local Artist | Friday, February 8 | 5:30-8:00

 
Nora Fie and the Friends of the Library will be hosting their third annual Love Your Local Artist event in the library's chandelier area.  This event, featuring music and refreshments, is free and open to the community. Local artists will be at the library to discuss, display, and sell their work, and the evening will include an adopt-a-book sale.
